Activate Your SYM Reward Certificate

You have received an official Symgate Reward Certificate. This means you may be entitled to claim the number of SYM Reward Credits shown on your certificate.

What does this certificate mean?

Your certificate confirms that a SYM reward has been reserved for you, usually because an eligible invoice was paid on or before the due date.

The reward is not transferred automatically. To receive it, you need to submit your certificate details and provide a compatible MetaMask wallet address.

1. Check your certificate

Find your certificate number, invoice number, reward amount and expiry date.

2. Create a MetaMask wallet

If you do not have one yet, create a free MetaMask wallet and keep your recovery phrase safe.

3. Submit your details

Complete the form below and send us your wallet address for verification.

Important reward rules

  • The reward amount is the number of SYM Reward Credits stated on your certificate.
  • The reward can only be claimed after verification.
  • The reward is reserved for 12 months from the certificate issue date.
  • If no compatible wallet address is provided before the expiry date, the reward will automatically expire.
  • Expired rewards return to the Symgate Ecosystem Reward Pool.
  • Submitting this form does not guarantee approval if the certificate is invalid, expired or already claimed.

Verification usually takes 3–7 business days. Please make sure that your wallet address is correct. Symgate is not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses submitted by the customer.
