The first step is always a real, long-term Symfalogic service, such as a registered office package, an annual accounting service, or both. These are real business services, usually contracted for a full year. The token system is built on top of this real service relationship.
To enter the VIP structure, the client must purchase the token amount linked to the selected service package. This means SYMGATE is not separated from the ecosystem logic. It functions as an access-enabling layer directly connected to real participation within Symfalogic.
Members do not jump randomly between levels. The ecosystem is built on quarterly progression steps. Every 3 months, a member may move up to the next internal level, provided the required token amount has been purchased and the previous stage has been completed properly.
Entry into the SYMGATE ecosystem always begins from the same place: a real, long-term service relationship with Symfalogic. The token system is layered onto that relationship to create structured access.
The client activates an eligible, long-term Symfalogic service, such as mail handling, registered office service, annual accounting, or all three.
The client purchases the SYMGATE token amount linked to the selected service package. This is the requirement for entering the VIP Basic level.
Once the service and token entry requirement are fulfilled, the client enters the Basic VIP level and becomes eligible to progress deeper into the ecosystem.

A business owner purchases an annual mail handling service, registered office service, or accounting service through the Symfalogic system. Even at this stage, the use of the system already creates the opportunity to earn reward tokens linked to cooperation and activity within the system. These tokens, however, do not provide VIP access.
After this, the user decides whether to enter the VIP system. If VIP access is desired, the user purchases the token amount required for the VIP Basic level. If the user arrives with the intention of progressing further from the very beginning, there is also an option to purchase the tokens required for the VIP Basic level together with the selected service at the same time.
The system also offers pre-arranged packages that include the base service and the required token amount together, allowing the entire entry process to be completed in a single step.
The VIP Basic level provides enhanced access in addition to the base service, including:
– faster processing and priority service
– more direct communication channels
– dedicated contact management
– regular status and performance feedback, and reward tokens can also be collected.
If the user also purchases the token amount required for the Academy Level, they move up immediately from the VIP Basic level to the Academy Level, where they can begin using the higher-level opportunities and advantages right away.

During this period, the member stands on the Academy Level. This means that, in addition to the base service and VIP Basic access, the member may already enjoy all the advantages of the Academy Level.
If the member purchases the additional token amount required for the Crypto Level on April 1, then from that date the Crypto Level also becomes available as the next progression step.
During this period, the member has access to both the Academy Level and the Crypto Level, together with all the advantages connected to them.
If the client then purchases the additional token amount required for the AI & Automation Level, the next stage of the ecosystem also opens up.
During this period, in addition to the base service, the user has access to four VIP levels within the ecosystem: the VIP Basic, Academy, Crypto, and AI & Automation levels, together with all the advantages connected to them.
If the member purchases the additional token amount required for the Business Level on October 1, then from that date the member may also enjoy the advantages of the Business Level, together with full access to the complete Symfalogic ecosystem.
During this period, the member stands at the top of the ecosystem structure and has access to the full Symfalogic ecosystem, including the Business Level and all previous levels beneath it.
On December 31, the annual accounting or service contract for that calendar year expires. At that point, the contract must be renewed for a further year if the member wishes to maintain access to the Symfalogic ecosystem.
If the user wishes to maintain access to the full ecosystem for the following year, the renewal process requires the relevant token amounts to be purchased again and locked again for the new contractual period. This includes the VIP Basic, Academy, Crypto, AI Lab, and Business levels as well, provided access to them had been obtained previously. To reach the Inner Circle, every member must hold access to all levels first; only after that may access to the Inner Circle be requested.
Building the level structure is a one-time process. Whoever reaches the highest level — including the Inner Circle — remains at the top of the system. From that point onward, access can be maintained through simple annual renewal, without having to restart the full progression path from the beginning.
