This policy applies to all payments made to Symfalogic Corporation, including business services, corporate packages, and SYMGATE-related transactions.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed or partially completed services
  • Activated or used SYMGATE tokens
  • Tokens that have been transferred, locked, or utilized
  • Digital services already accessed or consumed
  • Cases where work has already been initiated

Possible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical payment errors
  • Service not delivered due to internal failure
  • Requests submitted before any work has started
